OK, so a few blocks of Second Street is now MLK Blvd. You knew something was inevitable as soon as councilman James Mitchell started talking about a change. But what happened to the cost estimates of the change? The change to MLK from Stonewall was only supposed to cost the city a few thousand dollars for signage. Is that still true for Second?
