High-powered developer Roy Carroll isn’t giving up on Northwest Greensboro, as the Biz Journal reports plans for a $43 million live-work development on Horsepen Creek Road across from Jessup Grove Road.
That’s where Ricky Proehl’s controversial Proehlific Park sits. Carroll hasn’t purchased the property yet, but when he does and seeks rezoning, there will probably be considerable neighborhood protest, unless residents are just resigned to the fact that development will continue to occur in that area.
