I wasn’t able to attend the rally for charter schools today but I’d like to add this placard to the discussion, if it helps anybody’s case:

ELIMINATE THE CAP!
It surprised me, anyway.? Of course, a condition for that support is direct SBE control, as I understood him, and I can’t see how he reconciles the desire to eliminate red tape and still add more state?management.? Maybe the SBE is magical too.
