If the A Concourse at the airport seems emptier, there’s a reason for that: It is. Non-US Airways flights out of CLT are down 20 percent versus a year ago. The breakdown, by airline, for November of this year compared to November 2007 is rather interesting. The December and January flight totals are similar, except as noted:
