Duke professor John Staddon is a British native, and he has experience dealing with both the American and British health care systems. He devoted today’s John Locke Foundation Shaftesbury Society lecture to a comparison between the two systems. Staddon contends that Britain’s government-run National Health Service has taken a bum rap from some American commentators.
