Meehan: We called Nifong to tell him we’d completed the analysis. Asked Himan if they wanted a report issued at that point. Himan said he would check with Nifong. Himan later told Meehan they wouldn’t need a report.
Brocker: Did you issue a final conclusive report? Meehan: “No, we never did. We were never asked. We don’t typically force-feed reports to clients.”
Brocker: Did Nifong ever ask for a report with all results? Meehan: No. When he was ready for a final report, we thought he’d let us know.
