Glad to see that Doug Smith and his symbiote Emma Littlejohn acknowledge the market reality that the Uptown condo building boom is over — at least for now. Possibly forever.

The fact that some projects needed government subsidy signaled softness going back to last fall. Remember? Then? And earlier this year? And a couple weeks ago?

Like I’ve said for months, watch these condo projects end up with large office space components.
