The Journal weighs in on Forsyth County Commissioner Debra Conrad’s questionable business practices:
Debra Conrad, the vice chairwoman of the Forsyth County commissioners, can be quirky. But there hasn’t been any reason to question her ethics — until now. She needs to realize that using her position as a county commissioner to help solicit business for her marketing company is wrong. And, just in case she or any other commissioner needs help staying in line, the board should enact an ethics policy.
