Wow. Democratic incumbent David Price (D) has long enjoyed a liberal constituency and district boundaries that have given him easy re-election campaigns — except for 1994. But a national political analyst is telegraphing that this year is, indeed, quite different.

The Cook Political Report has moved the 4th District race from “solid” Democratic to “likely” Democratic. In other words, while Rep. Price still has the advantage, he has a race on his hands with Republican B.J. Lawson.
