Fox News is reporting that Elaine Marshall and Cal Cunningham will face each other in a runoff for the Democratic U.S. Senate nomination.
Marshall has slightly less than 37 percent of the vote, about 11 percent more than the establishment-backed Cunningham. The runoff will force both to deplete their campaign war chests (and beat up on each other).
