Terry Stoops got the gold star last week. This week, he gets the golden lasso. Not because he looks or acts like Wonder Woman, but because his work landed him some celeb time in Oklahoma. Using his teacher pay Spotlight from February, Terry followed the same format to produce a piece on OK’s schools. The Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs featured his piece and even dropped it into their monthly magazine, Perspective. The Oklahomans rejoiced, and a newspapers spackled printed jollities across an op-ed. Even the radio radiated with Terry’s advice. He is there education philosopher-king. He even got SEEN, although for violent reasons.
