The downside of 24/7 blogging is evident in the latest conspiracy theories, found on the Left side of cyberspace, that Supreme Court nominee John G. Roberts, Jr. was involved in the Iran-Contra Affair. John Roberts II, not the same fella, explains it all in this column today. In fact, some fevered imaginations have conjured up yet a third John Roberts in the affair ? apparently not to be confused with reporter John Roberts of CBS.
