Kansas University School of Journalism Dean Ann Brill had this to say about why 70 percent of her school is made up of women students:

?I?m sure there are a couple of reasons for this,? Brill said.
?It?s probably a right brain/left brain thing. That sounds sexist, but
there?s some truth to it.?

Men tend to be drawn to more analytical majors such as
engineering or business, whereas women enjoy the creativity that
journalism allows for, she said.

You may recall that then-Harvard President Lawrence Summers was fired in 2006 for saying that women do worse in standardized math and science tests because they’re wired different genetically. Those are my words, but witnesses to Summers’ as-yet-unreleased comments say that pretty much sums up what he said in that fateful closed meeting.

Will thug-feminist professors at KU rise up and demand Brill’s dismissal, as they did with Summers at Harvard? I guess we’ll find out.
