One key metric for DNC conventioneers will be the adult entertainment infrastructure each of the finalist cites has on hand. (Please, don’t even argue.)
Using a “adult entertainment products & services” search of Superpages.com produces a slight front-runner — Minneapolis, with 37 entries. But tightly bunched behind the norsemen we find Cleveland with 33 entries and Charlotte with 31. Lagging far behind is St. Louis, with just 17 entries. This is surprising.
I was prepared for Charlotte to rank last and figured all would be fairly close. But St. Louis looks decidedly minor league. In all, I think this analysis shows that Charlotte is in the ballpark and certainly should not get knocked out of the running on these grounds.
Overall, I still think Charlotte almost has this DNC 2012 thing locked up.
