The Obama campaign put out an ad this morning making fun of old codger John McCain because he can’t email. The Obama folks assumed it was because he’s such a senior citizen that he can’t learn new stuff. But, not the case. As The Boston Globe reported eight years ago:

McCain gets emotional at the mention of military families needing food stamps or veterans lacking health care. The outrage comes from inside: McCain’s severe war injuries prevent him from combing his hair, typing on a keyboard, or tying his shoes.

Another gaffe that will, I predict, spend four days in the news cycle, with people asking why someone so qualified to be president can’t hire a staff who can do rudimentary searches on Google.

GOOD POINT: An Instapundit reader asks:

On that note, reader Amy Lopez notes that Obama was recently touting his experience managing his campaign as evidence of his executive ability. That argument isn’t looking as strong after the past couple of weeks.

That’s gonna leave a mark.
