The Greensboro Performing Arts Center Task Force has identified five potential downtown site for the proposed PAC, funding for which would go on the November ballot.
Looks like they all have the same drawback — too far from existing development, which would not generate foot traffic to downtown bars and restaurants, yet not enough property to spur additional development.
With that in mind, Greensboro Coliseum director Matt Brown continues to push for a coliseum complex site —“a fan-shaped, single-balcony, multi-use theater.”
