After studying the Dec. 15 transcript and all the ethics rules, etc., Bannon says they filed a motion seeking dismissal of all charges pending against the three players and personally against Nifong for violating the rules of professional conduct. Objection. Overruled.
Bannon also asked the judge to hold Nifong in criminal contempt and to hold him responsible for costs of finding the exculpable evidence that they should have been provided all along.
