Emergency stay issued for Terri Schiavo as original stay expires

BlogsforTerri and the AP are reporting that a Judge has issued an emergency stay blocking removal of Terri Schiavo’s feeding tube until 5 p.m. tomorrow.

I’m still not sure why this is being called a “Right-to-Die” case when “Right to Kill” is more reflective of the truth.
