Paul Chesser reports today on an offer made by the John Locke Foundation, through me, to Environment North Carolina to co-sponsor a debate on global warming. The offer was “respectfully” turned down turned down. As Chesser reports, they gave what I like to call “the debate is over” reason, used by Al Gore and other alarmists, for not debating the issue.
