I have been informed of the need to retract an offer to avail a transcript of a presentation that had been given with exclusive rights given to one news outlet for publication. I remain miffed that one outlet can be given exclusive rights of coverage of a newsworthy event and that all other news outlets present are not allowed to discuss important information while the first outlet continues to sit on it. If we wait long enough, it won’t matter, anyway.
In the meantime, I will continue to obey and squelch the First Amendment with the understanding that if enough people visit the two lame links posted previously, the big media player might just get around to publishing the meat of the story.
