I spotted this on the Drudge Report this morning:
The given link to the story leads to a page reading “This Account Has Been Suspended: Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible.” The link is to a site called the West Branch Times, and its being shut down suggests that either it has a small server unprepared for a Drudge bomb, or it was a hoax. If the former, from bloggers (thanks to Technorati) I was able to get the gist of the story:
When the Edwardses visited the Cedar County Democrats? tent, Mrs. Edwards asked her daughter which of the presidential candidates she liked best.
Did she point to dear old Dad? No, she pointed to Hillary Clinton.
I know Edwards has had a hard time winning support from voters closest to him ? if memory serves, he lost every “home” district in 2004 ? but this would be ridiculous.
