Lost in much of the debate about health care reform is a fact Joe Klein notes briefly in his latest TIME column, which otherwise serves basically as an unsolicited two-page strategy guide for President Obama.

But that?s another issue. Here?s the point Klein gets right:

[T]he President is wrong when he says, “The system we have isn’t working well for too many people.” The vast majority ? more than 80% in the latest TIME poll ? are satisfied with their health care. They may be worried about losing their coverage, and angry as their premiums rise, but the health-care “crisis” is theoretical to most Americans.

This is why so many people are not too thrilled about the prospect of a government takeover of the entire health care system.
