The Biden Administration: What Should We Expect?

  January 18, 2021, 12:00 PM-1:00 PM

On Jan. 20, Joe Biden will become the 46th President of the United States. His inauguration — themed America United — will usher in a new era of policy priorities, as well as key senior officials who will chart this new course for our country. What should we expect to hear about quickly, and what should we expect to play out over the long term? In this conversation, we’ll address those questions when we check in with Sen. Thom Tillis of North Carolina for perspective on working with the new administration, areas of policy agreement and disagreement, and the state of our country. Then we’ll get reaction to Sen. Tillis’ comments and insight on the upcoming Biden administration from a panel of experts in critical policy areas: health insurance and health care, taxation and spending, and energy and the environment.
