The Henderson County Commissioners unanimously passed two resolutions to protect the Second Amendment rights of their constituents against infringements by high-ranking hot-shot power-mongers who don’t wish to appear to capiche the Constitution. Quoting from the Hendersonville Times-News:
The first calls upon the governor and General Assembly to “pass or permit no law or other action with the effect of enabling … any federal law, executive order or regulations restricting the right to keep and bear arms.”
The resolution also prohibits [the county manager, who was hopefully specified only by position and not name as the report insinuates] from allowing any county staff or resource, including the Sheriff’s Office, to implement “any law, executive order or directive, or regulation that has the effect of infringing on the right to keep and bear arms consistent” with the U.S. Constitution.
The second resolution, paling in comparison, requests that Second Amendment permit (an oxymoron) lists be protected from public exposure.
