Most of my favorite (relatively) unknown movies are unknown precisely because they are really bad:
- Big Trouble in Little China (“This is going to take cracker-jack timing, Wang.”)
- Running Scared (“Oh, no, you dummy. The answer is Ipswich clams.”)
- Hollywood Shuffle (I couldn’t find a clip of the “Tommy, Tommy, you killed-ed my brutha” scene)
- Streets of Fire (“There’s nothing wrong with going nowhere, baby/But we should be going nowhere fast”)
I blame 1980s HBO.
