Roy, I’m not preoccupied by 1985, but I would guess more people
worried about Ethiopian starvation that year than about nuclear winter.
The same people who read Ground Zero probably also read Earth in the Balance a few years later and the same people who worried about The Day After worry now about The Day After Tomorrow.
