Senator Frist is ordering hearings on high energy prices. In this recent article, Frist states “And ultimately, if the facts warrant it, I will support a federal anti-price gouging law.”
Record profits for some oil companies seem to be angering Frist. In his statement on the energy issue, Frist argues:

wonder if he could please provide a primer on “the rules of the road”
so we can all know and follow them. Actually, it could be the
same little guidebook I got at the DMV last week. The last thing I want is to make money and then feel ashamed.
