According to this story the feds are mandating that great numbers of street signs across the nation be replaced because federal bureaucrats have declared that signs written in all capitals are not good.
I hope some reporter asks Robert Gibbs why cash-strapped municipalities should have to waste money on this absurd edict. I suspect he’d say something like, “Making all the new signs will create jobs and that’s what the administration is most concerned about.”
