The Concord Coalition has spent more than two decades trying to get politicians to find real solutions for addressing the federal debt. As candidates ramp up campaigns for the 2016 presidential election, the coalition will be urging Republicans and Democrats to put forward real debt-reduction plans.

Sara Imhof, director of education and grass-roots advocacy for the Concord Coalition, highlighted problems linked to the federal debt during a presentation for the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.
