Freedman: Where in this report does it show that you are withholding any information? Meehan: it says we were withholding some pending notification of the individuals whose samples didn’t match players.
Freedman: Is this industry-standard language to use in cases like this when you have non-matching samples?
Meehan: Figured bright people, like lawyers, reading this would understand that some samples were left out.
