About all I can add to observations on how gasoline markets work —or should — is the observation that lines around the block are not costless and represent a time surcharge as real as any dollar price.
BTW, if you are running around town filling gas cans, you are helping the hurricane win and need to knock it off. Bet you are the same joker who runs to Teeter and buys six gallons of milk when it sleets.
