Set public hearing date of June 7, 2011, for LDO text amendment amending definition of term “family.”
Boy, that should be interesting. As for more pressing issues, Dr. Guarino notes the $5.5 million ‘budget amendment’ to the coliseum’s operating budget, possibly related to the new amphitheater. Note City Manager Rashad Young’s memo on the change order. I’m no engineer, but the work described tells me they’re pushing the June 5 opening date.
