Guess it is all about DGI president Ed Wolverton, who’s outta here in July. I’ve said before I believe Wolverton’s all about making Gboro ‘Wichita recycled.’ But many of the ideas Wolverton brought with him from Wichita just happen to be the same ideas the council embraces, so I’m not sure what they think a change in leadership —and more money —will accomplish.
