That’s one finding from Judge James Dever in the sentencing hearing for former Charlotte consultant and lotto commissioner Kevin Geddings. More is expected this afternoon, including Geddings’ prison sentence.

My guess would be 3 to 5 years, plus a hefty fine, certainly over $100,000. Recall that this whole got started because Geddings did not disclose over $200,000 worth of work for the lotto company Scientific Games after then Speaker Jim Black appointed Geddings to the lotto commission.
