Yet that’s just what the American Enterprise Institute tries to do with its new Return 2 Learn Tracker. The tracker “monitors over 8,500 public school district’s instructional status on a weekly basis.” It identifies which schools are offering fully in-person, hybrid or fully remote instruction. In addition, it also provides instructional status, and tracks enrollment and Covid spending across demographics and districts.
