Gingrich wants to create a ‘wave of change’

Former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich made the case for change during his address to 270 people at a John Locke Foundation Headliner luncheon this afternoon in Raleigh.

Political observers believe Gingrich will join the presidential race in the fall.
