That is the rumor across CMS on the last day of school.
Pete Gorman has had his lawyers crawling all over Independence football coach Tom Knotts looking for “recruiting” violations for weeks now. The question now is if Gorman pulls the trigger on a suspension or even a firing in the next few days, then goes on vacation to avoid any public outcry.
But if I’m Knotts, I beat CMS to the punch with a defamation of character lawsuit ASAP.
