On Tuesday, Coliseum Director Matt Brown offered his answers, unveiling conceptual design plans for a $41 million, 3,200-seat theater on a block bound by North Elm and Lindsay streets.
Brown presented the plans to a task force that has been studying the feasibility of the center.
“This is a work in progress. We had a limited amount of time,” he said.
Incidentally, the North Elm-Lindsey street location would put the PAC just a few blocks from my tony Fisher Park digs.
