Williamson asking about Himan’s grand jury testimony. Asks again if Himan ever discussed it with Nifong. Asks who decided to get an indictment. Himan said it was Nifong.

What was your testimony? Williamson asks. Himan refuses to answer because he’s been told that the testimony is secret.

Williamson: I just want to know what prompted an indictment.

A Nifong attorney says that under stat law Himan can’t say anything but that it was the truth as he knew it.

Williamson, obviously frustrated: “Let’s take a break here.”
