What was your testimony? Williamson asks. Himan refuses to answer because he’s been told that the testimony is secret.
Williamson: I just want to know what prompted an indictment.
A Nifong attorney says that under stat law Himan can’t say anything but that it was the truth as he knew it.
Williamson, obviously frustrated: “Let’s take a break here.”
