Chancellor, with all due respect and knowing that being a Chancellor requires you be an expert on such matters and that you probably ride these systems, well, NEVER. I didn’t realize that a city could think or have an opinion. But the people in the city might often feel the brunt of the colossal waste of money. And they’re so full of people.
