A concerned citizen has been in contact with Sen. Kay Hagan regarding her stance on Dingy Harry’s bill that would overturn North Carolina’s ban collective bargaining by public employees.

CJ editor Rick Henderson got hold of Hagan’s response to said concerned citizen. In fairness, Hagan —as of now —says only she supports “giving the full Senate an opportunity to debate this proposal.” But I don’t see where Hagan straightforwardly states her opposition to the bill anywhere in the letter.

Not very reassuring.
