Here’s a head-scratcher. Michael Harvey went to court yesterday and was promptly indicted by a Mecklenburg County grand jury for in murder in the death of Vicki Hamilton.
OK.
So then Hamilton’s toxicology report is back and it shows no traces of heroin in her system? And prosecutors have an alternate theory other than accidental drug overdose as the cause of death which makes Harvey responsible for killing Hamilton?
