While legislators here try to draft a bill and get it heard in the short session, bipartisan majorities in both houses have passed a health care freedom bill in Virginia. Gov. Bob McDonnell is expected to sign it.
Arizona continues to lead the way and voters there will have a chance to vote on a constitutional amendment protecting their health care freedom this fall.
