Dozens of people have gathered at Raleigh’s Clarion Hotel for the State Board of Elections hearing into the campaign finances of N.C. House Speaker Jim Black, former Rep. Michael Decker, and others.
Black and two attorneys have taken seats at a table directly facing the five-member elections board.
Initial witnesses are a group of attorneys who have other court commitments today.
