I don’t know if that’s what they really said, but protesters, all 30 of them, let Rep. Virginia Foxx hear it over her SCHIP vote.
Foxx says “she supports the program but disagrees with how it has been expanded to cover more than just poor children. A few states, for instance, use some of the program’s money to cover adults.”
