He?s Joe Cahn, dubbed the ?Commissioner of Tailgating,? and he?s in Charlotte for tonight?s Panthers-Packers game on Monday Night Football.
Since 1996, he?s traveled from one football stadium to the next, sampling parking lot cuisine.
?I just fell in love with this thing called tailgating,? Cahn said.
