I thought it odd a few days ago that Octopus Garden stores, which everybody knows have been selling drug paraphernalia for years, were raided by federal agents. Then, while I was out and about today, I noticed two new smoke shops in town. Now, the raids look like just another use of government to pirate marketshare.
