In this Forbes article Art Carden and Steve Horwitz demolish an economically ignorant Huffington Post writer who evidently is unhappy over the fact that economists keep saying that Obama’s big government plans won’t work. Carden and Horwitz (of Rhodes College and St. Lawrence University, respectively) demonstrate that the writer simply doesn’t know what she’s talking about and that her piece makes one baseless charge after another.
No doubt the writer thinks of herself as a profound thinker, but you label yourself a pseudo-intellectual when you write an attack piece that only manages to show that you’re an ignoramus.
