Given the fact that Wal-Mart has joined the ranks of American businesses that use politics to take liberty away from others, I think the answer is yes.

As Cato’s Michael Cannon explains in this post Wal-Mart has announced that it is backing a federal mandate that employers provide their employees with health care benefits.

Old Sam Walton would have said, “How we or any other business contracts with employees is none of the government’s business.” The new breed of management, sadly, is cut from the same cloth as most American executives–they play games with the government in pursuit of little advantages. The company is going from Hank Reardon to Wesley Mouch, if you’re familiar with Atlas Shrugged. I think that’s a good reason to stop patronizing it.
