Not at NC State, according to this story in the Technician. Keep in mind the sample size of this poll is small so there’s a high margin of error — about 5 percent — but it appears to be a dead heat for president on campus. There’s other fascinating information in the story as well, including data on whether or not students are voting straight tickets.
Considering that conventional wisdom is that college students are predominantly Obama supporters who are progressive in their policy views, and that North Carolina is a battleground state this cycle, this story is worth the read.
